Postpartum Doula Services

Daytime postpartum Doula

Daytime postpartum doulas can help reduce stress and overwhelm, and help families establish new routines. They can be most effective when families first arrive home from the hospital. The length of time a family uses a postpartum doula varies, but is typically two to four months.

Overnight Postpartum Doula

If you are breastfeeding I will bring your baby to you and support your 3:00am feeding. If you have pumped milk or formula for bottle feeding she will feed your little one so you can get much needed sleep. After baby feeds Nancy will change, swaddle and soothe your baby back to sleep.

Breastfeeding Support

As a postpartum doula, I provide in-home support and guidance to new parents as they navigate the early stages of parenthood. From assisting with newborn care to offering evidence-based information on infant feeding, sleep, and soothing techniques, I am here to provide personalized support tailored to your family's needs.

Twuins/ Multiple Care

A postpartum doula can provide personalized support for new parents of twins, helping with the challenges of caring for two babies:  he length of time a family needs a postpartum doula varies, but it's usually two to four months. The needs of each family are unique, so the length of time will depend on the family's postpartum recovery and other circumstances.

Emotional Birth Support

With a deep understanding of the emotional journey of childbirth, I offer compassionate support to expectant mothers and their partners, empowering them to make informed choices, navigate the birthing process, and create a positive, nurturing environment for the arrival of their baby.

Newborn Care Specialist

NCS will usually take on full care of your newborn overnight so parents can rest, with the exception of bringing baby to feed with the nursing parent. They are highly trained to educate and empower the parents in those first few months with their baby, which can often feel overwhelming.

Private Pay

Private pay is typically the easiest and most straightforward way to pay for care. We help you work within your budget. We can send the invoice to you or whoever is paying the bill.

Carrot Fertility

More and more companies are offering their employees comprehensive birth and postpartum coverage with Carrot Fertility Benefits.

I'm approved and meet all the requirements for Carrot ( Certification, Training, Experience)
